Cameron Called…

Ok, well maybe she didn’t call, but Cameron Diaz’s team had me write a piece for The Body Book blog, and I was thrilled! I have been a fan of Cameron’s for decades and then when she wrote The Body Book, I felt like she was speaking right to me, using her experience and knowledge to inspire me to want the best for myself and my body.

In fact, I love her beautiful book so much that it is recommended reading in my own book! If you haven’t read it yet and you are looking to gain a deeper understanding about how your amazing body works, then The Body Book is a must-read! And Cameron’s newest book, The Longevity Book, is a guide for living vibrantly well into old age. It is written with the same passion and energy as her first book, and I think you will get a lot out of it, as well.

I wanted to share the piece I wrote with you today. I was compelled to write it after reading Glennon Doyle Melton’s book, Love Warrior, and I hope that if you are experiencing any kind of pain in your life that you might be able to take something away from it. At the end of the post, I share my top 5 steps on actually getting through a challenge, which I hope will serve you if you are working through something painful.

I wrote it for me and I wrote it for you.

Because I want you to love your life one bite at a time.
