I See ME. In YOU.(VIDEO)

This video completely blew me away when I saw it. And I wanted to share it with you. I am constantly seeking ways to understand human behaviour and change my approach to living if I find a better way.

Inside this video lies a better way.

We can forget that we are all–every last one of us—intimately tied to one another. There is no “us” or “them”. We are an interrelated system and when we remember that we are not separate, we can cultivate more compassion for our human family. We can see ourselves in others, even when our first thought might be to judge someone as different.

When we remember that we are all one, we discover that when we lift one, we lift all.

In daily life, I often ask if what I am doing is improving me or depleting me? Is it raising or lowering my vibration? Is it serving others or only myself? Is it lighting me up or dragging me down? Am I helping or hurting? Lifting or suppressing? And I ask myself while doing it if I feel good and joyful and vibrant or if I feel guilty, embarrassed and ashamed. Checking in with ourselves on a regular basis helps ensure we are living in integrity–that we walk what we talk.

So, I hope you watch this video. I believe it has the power to change us in under 5 minutes.

I hope you keep it with you…and also pass it on.

Because I want you to love your life one bite at a time.

P.S. Let’s TALK! After you watch, I’d love you to scroll down to the comments and let me know your thoughts on it. I will be curious to know how it impacted you.

P.P.S. I dedicate this post to my sister-friend, Jessica, and to all other parents of children on the spectrum. I see you. I love you.

P.P.P.S.
