Today I am excited to share with you my NEW addiction….but this is one I feel great about!!
I get a lot of people telling me that they haaaaate water. Roger’s not a fan, either, and it’s like pulling teeth to get him to drink enough water each day. I get it. It’s not too exciting on its own. That’s why I often flavour my water with citrus or cucumber or pineapple or rosemary and mint.
Personally, I also LOVE water on its own.
But for all of you who just can’t bring yourself to drink water or for others who have a soda addiction, I hope today’s video post will help!
