Today, I am sharing my FAVOURITE recipe. It is my favourite, because I make it several times each week and it hydrates me, gives me almost instant energy, boosts my immunity and tastes delicious!
I have been incredibly busy putting together The Healthy Brain and Body Show and very often, I don’t have the time I might like to eat meals throughout the day.
That said, I need my energy! I need all the brain power I can get! I need to stay hydrated! And I need it to taste great!
Enter my favourite Green Smoothie.
Before you write it off, thinking it is going to take too long to chop everything and then taste like grass, please reserve judgment until that moment when you take your first sip and say, “WOW! That tastes like a pina colada (almost)!”
Then, 10 minutes later, think of me when you are having the most amazing ideas come to you or you stroke off 3 more things on your to-do-list, you will know those awesome little vitamins and minerals are hard at work inside your amazing brain and body.
