I think you've done an amazing job of creating delicious recipes that are healthy! I don't even feel like I'm depriving myself of anything because the food is so good! I appreciate you saying I could join the group late and for changing my life already actually!!! I can't imagine ever going back to the place I was when I started this challenge, no desire to! I like many others can already tell a difference in my body! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for all of your help, support and information! You're a true God send!!!

What is the challenge?

The Kick The Sugar Challenge is a comprehensive program where we learn how to eliminate as many sources of sugar (even natural) as possible so that we can recalibrate our systems, form new habits, engage in new behaviours and build a new foundation upon which we will improve our health and wellbeing.

Although weight loss and improved health is expected, our goal is to learn how to soothe our emotions without sugar and to educate ourselves on the many places sugar hides in the Standard North American diet. Our focus is on sugar sensitivity; it is a big enough concern. When we eat sugar, we are hurting our bodies. We are contributing to their internal breakdown while at the same time we are changing their outward appearance.

If you are here, then sugar has been both a constant source of stress and anxiety, while also being the thing you reach for to comfort yourself. Throughout this Challenge, we are going to learn new ways of behaving and we are going to focus heavily on loving ourselves and respecting our bodies.

We are going to do this with a group of like-minded people who are on the same journey.

"Big shout out to SELF LOVE!!!! Sarah Roberts, thank you for creating a safe haven for us to share our very personal struggles and offering us the tools to overcome them. Happy tears."
