14 Days Of Wellness

This is going to be short and sweet. 🙂 All I want to do is invite you to an online event I created called my “14 Days of Wellness”. I talked about it last week and several of you joined in…great!

We started yesterday, but it’s not too late if you wanted to come on board. Everything happens inside our private Facebook group, so simply comment “I’m In” below, and I will add you to the group (you have to have Facebook to be able to join.)

On Day 1, we simply remembered that our bodies are not our enemies…they are our friends. They love us and support us and do all sorts of amazing things for us behind the scenes and “in front of the camera”, and until we can truly appreciate and respect them, achieving a healthy weight and fitness level, enjoying good health, and feeling our best are next to impossible goals.

Imagine buying a car and then never getting the oil changed; refusing to wash it or clean it; banging it up in parking lots without even a second thought; refusing to care for it in the way that it deserves.

Our bodies work tirelessly for us and so much magic happens when we begin to experience more reverence and gratitude by seeing our bodies as the incredible vessels they are.

During this busy time of year, we tend to put everyone else’s needs ahead of our own. There are gifts to buy, meals to prepare, places to be and things–so many things– to do.

The next 14 days can be your gift to yourself; a reminder to tend to the most important person in your life…YOU!

So, that’s all. Just an invitation. If you were worried that you wouldn’t be able to do this with us or you feared it would be too complicated or restrictive, I simply wanted to remind you that our 14 Days of Wellness is simply an opportunity to thank your body for the amazing job it does for you 24/7/365.

Because I want you to love your life one bite at a time.
