Do NOT Buy My Book

Yes, you read that right.

Do NOT buy my book.

Please don’t buy it.

Not if you are buying my book to “support” me. That is not why I wrote this book and that is not the reason I want you to have it.

I don’t want you to buy this book out of a feeling of duty because we are friends or because we are connected in social circles or because we work together.

No.

Because I don’t want you to just buy my book; I want you to live my book.

Don’t get me wrong, I love you for wanting to support me. I do. I know your heart is in the right place and I sincerely appreciate your kindness.

But as you probably already know, I do not profit from book sales. I don’t make money when you buy a book.

I have made this choice because I am passionate about my message and I want to get it into as many hands as humanly possible…as long as those hands are connected to the human who needs my message.

I don’t want this book to sit on your night-side table and collect dust.

I don’t want my book to be tucked away on a bookshelf or hiding within a bookcase.

I don’t want you to feel obligated to buy my book because you worry that when we see each other I will make you feel guilty for not buying it.

No. Because I don’t want you to buy my book.

I want you to live my book.

I want my book doggy-eared and highlighted and marked up and splattered on. I want you to hold on tight to my book, not loaning it out and sharing it with others. I want this book to be YOURS, with notes in the margins where you share your private thoughts, your feelings, your highs, your lows and your a-ha moments.

I want my book to be loved. By YOU.

I want you to love it because I wrote it with love. For you.

So do not buy my book for ME.

Buy it for YOU.

And make it YOUR book. Make it a part of YOUR life. Allow it to change you or inspire you or teach you in any ways you wish to be changed or inspired or taught.

Who Should Buy My Book?

You should buy my book…

…because you have recently begun struggling with your weight or because it has been an issue in your life for as long as you can remember.

…because you have lived with an obsession with food for years.

…because you have yo-yo dieted and tried “everything” and are feeling frustrated, exhausted, defeated or deflated.

…because you eat to avoid feelings of pain or loneliness.

…because you eat to numb feelings of inadequacy or incompetence.

…because you struggle with feelings of guilt around food.

…because you are tired of hating your body.

…because you want to learn more about your relationship with sugar.

…because you want to learn more about how food works in the body.

…because you are embarking on a journey towards health and want support.

…because you want to live with more energy.

…because you want to love your life.

If you can relate to any of these statements or if you believe that what I have written will help you address or solve these issues in your life, then please buy my book.

Because my book is for you.

Going Deeper...

Last week, I went on TV to talk about the book and how it came to be. It might help you to know whether or not it is a good fit for you. I want it to be worth your time and your money.

You can check out my segment here:

And if you want to go even deeper in order to find out more about what’s inside the pages, I was interviewed by Roger Deveau a few weeks ago and I share that video here:

What People Are Saying...

I wish to close with some of the most inspirational testimonials I have received so far. I couldn’t be happier for these people who have changed their lives using many of the tools and strategies I share. Perhaps one of their stories will speak to you. If so, then you should buy my book, too.

Because I wrote it for YOU.

Because I want you to love your life one bite at a time.

I am amazed how I feel on the inside, my confidence, how I feel, my serenity… I’m in a place that I wasn’t sure even existed. However, what I saw on the outside didn’t sometimes match. I’m happy and confident but sometimes looking in the mirror I just felt inadequate, ugly, lumpy, just not how I felt on the inside. Well, my friends, things are a changin’!!! This morning I put on a pair of pants that I have been unable to zip up since I got them. I always zipped as far as I could then wore a long shirt to hide the back. Not only can I zip them I can sit in them too!!!!! I never realized how important paying attention and thinking about what I was putting in my body was. How easy it is, and what my results would be… Today I feel amazingly blessed and it’s only been 21ish days…and nowhere near done!!!

“In February 2016, my husband and I embarked on the Kick The Sugar Challenge and then further committed to the Reintegration plan. Learned lots about the addiction to sugar and food industry and Sarah was a big support. It was eye opening and ultimately life changing. In March we meanwhile continued with our journey to try to have a baby. You see this was an already 7 plus year heartbreaking journey. Basically doctors at odds with why things not working out and determined US to be one of many couples with unexplained infertility. I can say that I have tried everything possible to increase odds of conceiving in combination with fertility treatments. SO this was a natural thing to embrace/try as part of making my body healthy as possible. BIG NEWS! We found out that not only did we get pregnant (first time ever), we also were blessed to find out that we are having triplets. (Fluke 1% chance kinda thing)! So, we will never know, but are convinced that removing sugar from our lives made a big impact in a small amount of time. Thanks to Sarah (and her super awesome book) I have the tools and support for when I need it. I am cheering on everyone that is getting ready to embark on their challenge.
