REALTalk and TWO Yummy Recipes!

On Sunday night, my new talk show, REALTalk With Sarah, premiered and I am overjoyed by the response! My guests Natasha Villeneuve and Korey Kealey did an INCREDIBLE job of teaching us about food and health and how to make our lives easier in the kitchen. Watch the full episode here:

During the show, both Natasha and Korey mentioned recipes that I simply HAD to share with you!

First up, Natasha’s recipe for her chocolate mousse that contains a SECRET ingredient that the kids won’t even notice, but that will boost their brains and bodies with some healthy fat! And then, Korey’s creamy, dreamy coffee creamer made without dairy and using all natural sweeteners. We hope you make these recipes and thoroughly enjoy. šŸ™‚

Natasha’s Decadent Avo-Cacoa Mousse
Natasha Villeneuve

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
3 packets of stevia powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla or plain milk of choice (coconut, rice, nut)
6 ice cubes

Directions
Blend all ingredients.
Chill and eat within 4 hours.
Serve alone or with fresh fruit or granola.
Kid approved!

Korey’s Creamy, Dreamy Coffee Creamer
Korey Kealey

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews
4 cups water
3 pitted Medjool dates
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Directions
In a high sped blender, add all of the ingredients and blend well.
Transfer to a 1L mason jar and it will keep, in the refrigerator, for 3-4 days.

NOTES FROM KOREY:
1. A high speed blender makes this dreamy creamy smooth. You could cut the recipe in half and make it more frequently.
2. It is ideal to soak the cashews in water for up to 4 hours, but I rarely do and itā€™s still great!!

Check out the episode to get ALL the goodness and I hope to see you next week when the show will be all about MOVING!
